Alright, here it is......the Pancake Recipe

2 Cups Butter milk or regular milk with 2 tsp lemon juice (wait about 5 minutes til chunky)
6 TBS Butter melted
2 Egg whites beaten to stiff peaks
2 Egg yolks

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking SODA
1 tsp salt

Get the milk doin it's thing, melt the butter, and get the eggs beating. Mix the dry ingredients, then add all of the wet ingredients and mix with stiff egg whites.

Cook over low medium. Our cook top has numbers we use 4 for the big cast iron pan, and 3 for the little one. You'll have to experiment.
