I ordered contacts nearly six weeks ago, mistake #1. Paid for them in full was #2. Today I called to find out where they were. As you'll recall, I'm blind so each lens needs to be specially made by elves. Thus the six weeks.
The nice lady on the other end asked my dob.
8-31-blady blah
"No, I don't see you in the system."
"Really, because I've been going there for four years?"
"No, you aren't in the system, that's wierd, we have no patients with a dob of 8-41."
Hmmmmm? That is wierd.
