wii got a Wii

Wii have been having some issues with our big boy running amok. Now he's not a bad kid, and he hasn't knocked over a liquor store or anything. Probably, when looked at with worldly eyes, a greatly behaved kid. We of course are called to a higher standard and did not like the fact that we didn't know where he was for two hours and with whom he was doing the hanging. So, we did what any good parents would do and bribed him. Just kidding.

We had been saving our change since we got back from Vegas in July and has saved a hundred and forty dollars. We also had gotten some surprise money last week and decided that wii'd finally get the Wii.

When you set up the Wii, you get to make a mii, who supposedly looks like you, without the arms, and take a fitness test to determine your Wii fitness level. I have the strength, stamina and speed of an eighty year old woman.

I have been going back and forth in my mind recently about joining a gym. Would I actually go? Would childcare be overloaded? Blah blah blah. Well, the need no longer exists. I played with the Wii for about an hour and got a lot sweaty. It was super fun. Hubby and I also bowled a game with the big boys, this at a bowling alley would have cost $50, plus $10 an hour for babysitting. So, three more nights and the Wii will be paid for.

This plus it's super hilarious to watch people get beaned in the head with tennis balls being thrown at you by armless dudes. Stay tuned for injury and damage reports.
